DELIVERY INFORMATION EUROPE
We are offering a reliable and fast delivery service with DHL, UPS or PostNord. Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive an email & SMS with your tracking details.
*Please note that our shipping carriers will not be delivering on public holidays and weekends.
FULLY TRACKED ONE-HOUR DELIVERY WINDOW
All deliveries are made by DHL, UPS or PostNord couriers; your delivery will be fully tracked with updates by email and SMS (if you provide a mobile number) throughout the process. On the morning of your delivery, DHL, UPS or PostNord will contact you with a one hour delivery window and the name of your driver. You will also be given the following options, available both online and via SMS:
- Select an alternative delivery date
- Have your parcel left in a specified safe place
- Collect from your local PickUp Shop
A signature is required on receipt; if no one is available to sign for the parcel, a card will be left with information on how arrange redelivery or collection.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can track your order by using the tracking link in your order dispatch email or in the email & SMS from DHL, UPS or PostNord.
SHIPPING
Orders placed on www.royalrobbins.com/eu are dispatched from our warehouse in Germany and can be delivered to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Slovenia, Spain, Germany, France, The Netherlands, UK, Slovakia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Denmark, Finland.
*Note that we do not deliver to PO boxes or Army bases as well as certain islands and remote areas. See below for more information.
Please note that your order will be delivered by courier and will require a signature on arrival. Once your order has left the warehouse you will receive an email with your tracking number.
